Standard staging - $60 per 4' x 4'section - includes black skirting for three sides, and one set of steps, available heights 8, 16 and 24 inch.   

Stage with decorative top: $7sq ft.

Custom acrylic skirting: $20 a linear ft.

Matching stairs: $300 per 4' section.

DJ Booths - $500 in black or white acrylic, vinyl add-ons available.

Back drops supplied in 4' x 8' sections - $180 per section + price of acrylic or vinyl selection. 

Stage facades starting at $40 a linear ft.

Inside Houston 610 loop - $80, Austin downtown $100.00. All other locations charged $1.50 a mile for total mileage (two round trips) from our Houston or Austin warehouse.

Time sensitive installs/room flips and After hour removals $300 inside Beltway 8,  $350 outside Beltway 8 upon availability.  

After hour removal charge is from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM

We try to accommodate a three hour window for delivery/installation. If an exact hour with limited setup time is needed time sensitive charges are required.

Outdoor installation on grass, concrete or patios require an additional fee of .30 cents per sq ft. 

We will not installed dance floors on or near asphalt, sand, mud or gravel. We will not install during or with a substantial chance of inclement weather unless fully protected by tent.
